We're at 3400 metres, walking up hills is draining, this morning we walked up to monastery, the young Monks, mostly under 14 years seem to all have mobile phones and spend their time messing about - they live with the celibate Monks! Let's hope they don't suffer the same fate as RC choir boys

We're in Tibet has it used to be, this part is now part of china, the Plains are seemingly endless in spite of them being on the top of mountains, being at 3400 metres is draining
